Your glasses are warranted for one year for manufacturer defects*. Because your glasses are made specifically for you, all refunds will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the cost of the frame and lenses (the product must be in brand new condition). There are no exchanges or refunds after 30 days and no refunds on lens upgrades.
Please note there is a fee for our optician's time and expertise for repairing or adjusting glasses that were purchased elsewhere. Please stop in to inquire regarding specifics.
*The warranty does not cover problems due to improper care of the product. For example, dog bites, tampering with the frames such as using nail polish, any type of glue or other adhesives will viciate the warranty. We encourage our patients to bring in their frames for adjustments or repairs, but please do not attempt to repair them on your own.
